These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Honey On Milk (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), including all purchases of home fragrance and body cosmetic products.

These Terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA").

2. Eligibility

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are using this website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under South African law.

3. Products

We offer home fragrance and body cosmetic products including, but not limited to:

• Room & Linen sprays
• Soaps
• Body lotions
• Body oils
• Body scrubs
• Bath products
• Gift sets

Many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches. Variations in colour, fragrance, texture, and appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are intended for illustration purposes only.

4. Product Safety

Our products must only be used in accordance with the instructions supplied.

Customers agree to:

• Keep products out of reach of children and pets where appropriate.
• Store products according to the care instructions.
• Perform a patch test before using any cosmetic product.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Body cosmetic products are intended for cosmetic use only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you have allergies, sensitive skin, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare practitioner before using products containing essential oils or other active ingredients.

5. Ingredients and Allergies

Ingredient information is provided wherever reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.

We cannot guarantee that products have not come into contact with ingredients that may cause allergic reactions during manufacture or handling.

We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients have been disclosed.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

A contract of sale is only concluded once we have accepted the order and issued confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse any order;
• limit quantities;
• cancel orders suspected of fraud;
• discontinue products without notice.

If payment has been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Ownership of goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, while ownership passes only after full payment has been received.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Where permitted by law:

• Cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
• Home fragrance products may only be returned if unused and in their original packaging.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

Damaged or incorrect goods should be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• may not be combined unless expressly stated;
• may expire without notice;
• may be withdrawn at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where discount codes have been misused.

12. Gift Cards

Where available:

• Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless required by law.
• Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where legally required.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• logos;
• trademarks;
• product descriptions;
• photographs;
• artwork;
• graphics;
• packaging designs;

belongs to or is licensed by Honey On Milk (Pty) Ltd.
