Thank you for choosing Honey On Milk. Have you changed your mind about our products? Here’s how we make returns and refunds simple and stress‑free:

Eligibility

• You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• If your spray arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 7 days so we can help quickly.

How to Return

• Email or call our support team with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
• Pack the item securely and we will send a courier to collect the item

Refunds

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the product
• Courier fees are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
• If packaging is missing or the product shows signs of use, a partial refund may apply.

Exchanges

• Received the wrong or a faulty product? We’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Exchanges are available for products of equal value.

Non‑Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Clearance or final‑sale items are not eligible for return.
